Charity App
Co-designed a dozen products: an ad platform, a marketplace, a coffee brand, a dev tool, a charity app, and more.
Grew coffee company from $3,000 in savings to a multi-million dollar wholesaler employing 20 people. Got 10k users in one month for TaxInfo2008, a one-off project in college. Retained 5k monthly donors for adtech charity. Directly recruited SF's elite therapists for airpsych marketplace.
We won the following accounts to pilot a charity adtech platform. (My role: co-founder, sales.)
We sold coffee to these accounts. (My role: CEO, directly involved in sales.)
Mike and I took airpsych from concept to marketplace in less than a month. Our app hosted SF's top 20 therapists by Week 4. (A high CAC dissuaded us from doubling down.) See: www.airpsych.com.
A pallet of BuyWell Coffee. Jess and I started BuyWell with $3k in savings. Within a couple years, we were selling over $100k/m in wholesale coffee to Whole Foods, Kroger, and others.
We onboarded thousands of donors to the LazyAngel Charity App. Users provided the funds to support the health and development for 700 Guatemalan kids. See: LazyAngel Video, LazyAngel.org, Salt Search (concept).
LzA Ads grew to deliver 10 million targeted, contextualized ads per month. Our advertisers included PacSun, Birchbox, and American Family Insurance. See: LzA Ad's Sales Video.

Some other engineering feats:
Engineered ClassicCar's data processing system to scrape, scrub, flag, tag, and gift-wrap medium-big car data. Also built the backend that supports their iPhone app.
Can build full stack apps really fast. Our data viz group Mainstem had challenge to create one thing every week. For the first week, I created PushFriday to host this challenge. See screenshots.
Built backend support and APIs for several clients including LazyTown (popular kid's TV show), Jeff Gordon, Darrel Gwynn, Mamiverse, mVids, ClassicCars, and a concept for Marvel.
Mike and I co-invented a video delivery protection technology used in several iPhone apps. Patented by Startal. Yeti.io attempted to commercialize it (separately). See mobile video patent.
Drove minivan to Guatemala. Loaded it with coffee. Within 3 years, we're roasting 20,000 lbs/month for Costco, Whole Foods et al. Grew and led team of 15. Sold $1M equity at $2M valuation.
Started global health charity. Launched app to fight child malnutrition. Led local & remote teams. Partnered with PacSun, AmFam, and Birchbox, reaching kids in Central America.
Consulted across verticals. Led teams to design and develop business models, products, system & data architecture, patented video tech, web & mobile apps, and APIs.
